After a recent big storm, my roof started leaking in a few areas. I called a few roofing companies, including Fenix Roofing. I met with Fenix Roofing and boy am I glad and lucky I did! They came out super fast and looked at my roof. They explained to me where the leaking was coming from and how they would make the repairs. They explained all of this very clearly so I could understand exactly what would be done. They came out quickly and worked on all the problem areas. They were very professional and were always happy to answer any questions that I had. They cleaned the area perfectly after too. Also, they did all these repairs at a very reasonable cost too! I am so happy! The leaks are FIXED!!! They did an awesome job!!! The roof looks great too! Thank You so much Fenix Roofing!!! If you need the services of a roofing company, call Fenix Roofing! Over the last 18 months, I’ve been actively searching for a roofing company to replace the roof on my home. Despite posting online, I received estimates from companies based in various locations such as Virginia, Maryland, Erie, Rochester, Syracuse, and beyond—despite being located in Corning, New York. The quotes I received varied significantly, ranging from $25,000 to $36,000. Many of these companies intended to dispatch installers located 80 to 130 miles away which made me hesitant to commit to someone so far from home. Then, I came across FENIX ROOFING in Elmira, NY, and I couldn’t be happier. I reached out and explained my needs, and Charles, the owner, promptly sent someone to assess the job. They provided a competitive quote for a new roof and gutter, and after making an initial deposit, we scheduled the work. A few weeks later, a crew of eight arrived at 7:00 AM and finished the entire project in just a day and a half. Their workmanship was exceptional, and my neighbors are impressed by how stunning the roof looks. The team at FENIX ROOFING is not only honest and respectful but also incredibly responsive whenever I had questions. The pricing was fair, and the quality of their workmanship surpassed my expectations. Upon completion, they meticulously cleaned up, using a magnetic catcher to ensure every nail was picked up and all debris was thoroughly removed and disposed of. Tina, the administrative assistant, was consistently available and helpful throughout the process. I feel as if this company may have bought fake Google reviews because they almost seem non-existent. Very poor customer service. Called over 5 times at this point to get an update on the roofer who came to check my porch and completely ghosted. Roofer asked to send the video, I did. Zero response. Called the office, no response. No call backs.

The entire Fenix crew did an excellent job from start to finish. This consisted of removing the original 3 layers of roofing, installing the new roofing and gutters, and repairing the previous inside ceiling water leak damage. They were very professional and informative throughout the entire job. Additionally, they went above and beyond by strategically installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout my home. I highly recommend the Fenix Roofing Company to anyone considering a new roof/gutters.

I was very pleased with the quality of craftsmanship that went into the roofing job. They went above and beyond. Charles kept in contact with me throughout the job. Ray would make sure to greet me when I would get home to make sure I was satisfied with the work and the crew was constantly cleaning up around my home. Looking forward to working with them again soon on some other projects. I would not hesitate to refer the Fenix crew to anyone looking for quality work. Thanks.

I just has a roof replaced by Fenix. Everything was top notch from the first day we met for the estimate til the job was completed. Everything was explained in detail and all questions answered. I highly recommend giving them a call to walk you through the process.

Fenix came out and did an amazing job on my roof and new gutters. I got estimates from 4 different roofing company’s and it came down to their reviews. Fenix was on point with pricing and bonus was their warranty. They doubled the labor warranty from the other competitors. I was going for a certain look and Fenix made it happen. Not everything is roses though Fenix is busy so don’t expect them to be Johnny on the spot. I understand that a good roofer is a busy roofer. So just a heads up there will be a wait. That was not a problem for me though. Charles the owner was phenomenal any issues or concerns he made sure I was the first to know and was very informative. Even one of the other contractors who came out to do an estimate also mentioned Fenix and said they did great work so I was sold at that point. Great company to do business with 5 star for me for sure.
