Absolutely unreliable they started the roof of my apartment last week and left the roof wide open before multiple rainstorms and was nowhere to be found on the clear sunny days in between so now I have multiple leaks and extensive ceiling damage.

Jason is an amazing, trustworthy and patient man. He has accommodated my transition from renting to buying my first home more than he should!! Always making sure my daughters and I are comfortable, taken care of and the property is well maintained. He’s so very understanding and beyond kind. Now, The work I’ve seen him perform is astonishing. Giving this property the love and attention it deserves. He’s quite knowledgeable and doesn’t cut not a single corner. I still cannot believe how beautiful this property has become in such a short time. He can do it all! And does is quickly, efficiently and beautifully! I know exactly who I’m going to if I need anything done on my new house!!

Naples did a tear-off and new roof in 2016 on our old Buffalo house. Their price was significantly better than the other 3-5 quotes we got. They did the job as promised. In 2020 we had a problem with the drip shield on one side of the house. I called Naples, sent pictures, was ready to argue my case, but it was totally not necessary. They called back and within a few days they sent someone to fix it, no debates.

We had a really tricky leak coming in from the edge of our roof down through 2 floors of windows. After one fix that did not work from another company, and several other consults, Naples roofing came through for us and figure out exactly what the issue was. They showed up and handled things, even running their own hose up to make sure the leak was fixed as expected.

Jim Naples does an outstanding job. Reliable and honest.Fixed my flat roof in December and came right away .Used them again in January for siding that blew off my home in W.Seneca. He was the only contractor that cane the next day.

I like this place they do it all for forty years they do, residentiàl ,commercial, roofing , siding , porches , garages and sheds chimneys and gutters. They can replace your roof or repair it no job or repair to small and most of the time you speak to the original owner of the place who started it all 40 years ago.
