Came out 6 days ago looked at a job told me I would get an estimate the following day. 6 days later, I have no estimate. I called once had to leave a voicemail. Haven’t heard back. I will not use them.

Excellent Roofing company. The whole process was great from initial call with Andrew Valenzuela and Los Lunas Roofing and gutters and him working with the insurance company as well. Polite and professional with great customer communication and support. Highly recommended. 5+ stars!!!!!

They replaced the roof. They were fast efficient. The roof is a very high qualty. They did an excellent job. They cleaned up well. They did a decent job cleaning. They left a few dirty buckets around. Once we mentioned it the issue was taken care of. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Highly recommend. Andrew was excellent on communication. The work crew were respectful. I saw a review about only ACH, I’m sorry to hear that because I was given options for payment. I personally chose ACH because it was convenient for me and faster. If you are needing roof repair, do call them.

Individual (Andrew) came out to see problem with our tiled roof, said he would return next day…….did not return. Called again, he came out a week later, said he’d have it looked at by another individual within a few days…did not happen. Decided the company worked with flakes…..not interested in rip-off artists, if that is what they are. Found a competent expert in the area who completed the job.
