It has always been an experience where a professional atmosphere and good communication have assured that both sides worked well to complete the jobsite requirements

Master Kairos Construction LLC 2 days ago**Contract Total Amount**: $6,000 **Scope of Work**: 1. Prepare an area of approximately 80 sq. ft. for the sidewalk 2. Remove old concrete 3. Install frame 4. Pour concrete and pitch it away from the foundation 5. Fix wall cracks on the foundation and repaint it white 6. Fix cracks in the basement foundation 7. Clean and dispose of all garbage **Review**: I contracted this company for the above tasks. However, they only completed the last three tasks and did an absolutely terrible job on them. Due to the substandard work, I requested to cancel the remaining tasks and asked for a 50% refund of the $4,200 paid so far, amounting to $2,100. The owner of the company claimed they had completed 80% of the work and refused to issue the refund. I am highly dissatisfied with their service and professionalism. Cheated me. No ethics whatsoever. Stay clear of em.
