Upon making contact with Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction, they promptly sent Cameron to my property in Jersey City within a few days to assess the job and give a quotation. Even though it was November, I was skeptical they’d be able to start the project until spring. However, they pleasantly surprised me by calling in mid-January to commence work. Both the roofing and guttering tasks were expertly handled by Malachi in just one week. I am very satisfied with the quality of work provided by their team. Much appreciated!

Cameron and Malachi from Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction worked on all ten of my properties two years ago and then took care of my personal home this year! They were simply superb. This year, they even managed to get my siding costs covered. These guys really know their roofing business. Despite having insurance policies on my rental properties, they found a way to take care of me. My properties in Jersey City are looking fantastic. i couldn’t be more satisfied. They took care of dealing with the insurance company, so all I did was sit back and relax. i’ve recommended them to everyone I know and they’ve done the same. They’re like a combination of a lawyer and a contractor – I’ve seen it twice. They also handled the roofing for my dad’s church, which has a particularly steep roof, and their performance was exceptional. They were punctual and the quality of work was top-notch!
