I noticed some issues with my roof in Jersey City, and decided to get new gutters with leaf guards and a new ridge vent system to help with ventilation issues that were making our building continuously creak and groan with fluctuating outdoor temperatures. The results are exceptional, and there are no more water overflows over my doors due to faulty gutters. With the new ventilation, the house is significantly quieter, and it sports a much neater appearance than the previous box vent system. Russell and Joe did an excellent job!

My asphalt shingle roof was given a facelift in the early days of December at my Jersey City property by Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction. The team, consisting of Manuel, Russell, and Joe, arrived promptly as they had committed to and began the process of removing the old roof. They discovered and documented minor water damage to the wooden structure in some areas, and kept me informed before moving forward with the replacement. Except for a small ridge cap section on the garage, they managed to complete the entire house in a single day. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly throughout the day. Emmanuel and his team displayed professionalism and lived up to their promises. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction to anyone looking for a superior quality roof replacement at a reasonable price.

Emmanuel and his crew did an excellent job replacing our roof, facia, gutters, and downspouts after a hail storm in Jersey City. my wife and I were highly satisfied working with Emmanuel. He took the time to answer all our questions, ensuring that we made a knowledgeable choice on the new shingles. He brought over samples, pointed out roofs to look at, and verified the type of shingle we chose using a corresponding online tool. Emmanuel coordinated smoothly with our insurance company, delivering first-rate service! We have weathered two serious storms, including one that was almost like a hurricane, with absolutely no issues! The installation was of superb quality and we are very happy with the service from Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction.

During the assessment, Manuel showed up ready, equipped with samples, product details, and extensive knowledge about roofing! I would definitely suggest Chavez & Sons Roofing & Construction!
