We had an outstanding experience with Ideal Roofing. They were honest and informative during the entire process. I contacted them and explained the problem. I was told someone would reach out to schedule within 24-48 hours. I heard back right away and was able to schedule someone to come look at our roof. The owner did the inspection and took pictures for us to see the problem. He was able to fix the issue during the same visit. Overall- honest and trustworthy company. We will be sure to call Ideal for all our roofing needs! Thank you Mike and all the team!!!

Called a few companies after I experienced some water damage and needed to find out the source. He was the first one available to come & it was the best decision to go with this company. Mike has been nothing but a pleasure to work with! Great communication , always on time, explains everything in detail – takes pictures so I understand everything. He is a true perfectionist that takes pride in his work and ensures you get the best quality possible. They also do a great job in making sure everything is spotless & cleaned up afterwards. Mike and his stuff performed greatly on replacing my roof and some soffits at my rental property last week.We were concerned about the color of shingles but everything was solved from Mike provinding us some real shingle pictures and we like the outcome. Also the attic space already feels cooler. To be mentioned is the cleaning up as the driveway was bruned and washed.

Just Excellence and Integrity. I am extremely satisfied with the work that Mike and his team performed when they replaced my old roof. From the initial meeting on site to discuss roofing options to communications, almost instantaneous, it has been seamless to work with Ideal Home Improvements.The level of professionalism is at the top, and the prices are very competitive. The team arrived at 7:30 AM on the previously agreed day, and they were done by 3 PM. They left the place cleaner than when they arrived, and it is like they were never here. The gutters were changed in less than two hours, two days later. The ensemble is just perfect and beautiful. I highly recommend Ideal Home Improvements Llc, and I wish all home-improvement companies could exhibit the same level of excellence and Integrity.
