It’s taken me since the hurricane two years ago to find a roofer I felt comfortable with. I finally found one who offered me a competitively honest pricing, perhaps the best, with an unbeatable guarantee. Their team, including Douglas and Chase, was outstanding. They were punctual and kept me updated on the progress. They were always ready to answer any questions I had. The cleanup after the job was superb. The roof passed inspections with no issues in East Orange. I can’t help but express my satisfaction. It took me two years to make a decision, but the day we met Gregory, one of the team members, my wife and I felt so confident that we signed the contract to have our roof done that same day. I just don’t know what else to say!

I’m absolutely delighted with my new roof from this exceptional roofing company. They were upfront from the start, informing me that my insurance might not cover the costs due to natural wear and tear on the roof, not storm damage. Despite this, the vital work had to be done, and their rates were fair. They renovated the entire roof, fixed parts of my exterior chimney, and repaired or replaced various sections of fascia that had deteriorated. Chase was outstanding in keeping me updated from the office, even helping me navigate the financing process (which I’m grateful they offer). His assistance was invaluable from start to finish, and Gregory, Douglas, Mason, and the team delivered high-quality work. The roof looks amazing, and thanks to the transferable long-term warranty, it will significantly increase the value when I put my East Orange home on the market. Highly recommended!

Our freshly installed roof has greatly enhanced our property in terms of both functionality and aesthetics. Five additional airflow vents were installed by the crew, bringing the total to six, and the Driftwood shingles have completely transformed the appearance of the siding and trim. Working with Douglas was an absolute delight and the primary reason we didn’t even bother looking at other roofers. Douglas was professional, timely, courteous, and always true to his word. Most of our communication was through emails and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. There were a couple of minor hiccups, but they were resolved before we even had a chance to think about them again. Douglas is kind and professional. Despite having a two-week backlog, he managed to accommodate our roof inspection for our fast escrow at CLARK BROTHERS ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION. What’s more, he is so dedicated to customer service that he responded to our request even though it was late in the evening.
