Tim Noonan Construction 6 years agoI have used TJN for 2 big garage builds. The first one started as a plan through Lavalley (Middleton Building) from Dover, NH. Worked with Tom there to design and ultimately build. Tim’s company came in and coordinated all the building, from excavation to the shell, roofing and siding. He was very easy to work with as well as the rest of his crew. They went above and beyond when a door was omitted from the plan, they made it easy for me to be able to add it myself. The attention to detail was also great. I have nothing but positive feedback for the garage that we have now. We have had so many comments on each one and I tell them to look into these 2 companies for their building needs.

Momentum Overhead Doors a month agoSwitched to Momentum Overhead Doors as I needed my doors fixed ASAP – have been using a different company in Somersworth for years!!!! Bruce showed up on time and fixed my doors within an hour! Even checked other elements to make sure that all is in working order as we have just purchased the home! PLUS, just referred them to fix my parents door – already scheduled for next week!!!

Luciano Construction LLC 10 months agoLuciano was quick to respond and provide me a quote for my siding project. He and the crew worked efficiently and professionally. The siding on our addition came out beautiful! In fact it is now the best looking thing about the entire house. I would definitely recommend Luciano Construction. Fair prices, top quality work and great guy.
