Juan was great. He got back to me same day about my roof repair, was on time, and had fair prices. I would recommend him for future repair or roof issues.

I called a number of shops and Specialty Roof Repair was the most responsive. Not only was Juan the most responsive, but his price was competitive. Specialty was able to correctly diagnose my leak and recommend a reasonable repair, not a whole roof or something over the top like that. I received a professional bid and timely communication all along the way. Specialty was the first contractor I’ve used who didn’t bad mouth the previous work – in fact, Specialty noted that the work before was done to standards at the time but that had eroded over the last 30 years. Specialty brought the roof up to current standards. A few storms with rain and snow and resulting ice and all is good. Highly recommended!

After an injury, I haven’t been able to take care of my roofing needs and they were starting to worsen. I called around but couldn’t get someone out soon enough or an estimate in my budget. I decided to try specialty roof repairs and I was so pleased at the ease of setting up an appointment. They were able to fit me in and assess my roofing needs at the right price for me. The work they performed was top notch. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They really came through for us before things worsened! I am one satisfied customer!!!
