After working with Tim Novak who was so responsive and professional, but left the company at the end of the year, Tony in the office, took an entire week to respond to 10 phone calls / 5 emails and 2 texts. This company has no sense of customer service. I hope you all have a different experience. Rich Blunk was never able to respond to emails and phonecalls.

We hired The Roof Doctor to repair our old (leaky) patio roof and are extremely pleased with the outcome. Starting from the quote we received from them to the excellent communication, craftsmanship, and completion of the job, every part was carried out well. Lance showed up 2 days after our appointment. Was rude argumentative and cocky. He didn’t climb in my roof. He simply gave me a price and left. He’s very unprofessional and isn’t to be trusted.

We hired The Roof Doctor to reroof my Mother in Law’s roof and they have been nothing but great. Lance provided the quote and made us feel like we were a priority. They used a drone to look at the roof, take pictures, and do thermal imaging. The crew redoing the roof worked hard and knocked it all out in 3 days. Tim was a pleasure to work with as well. Called beginning of September to schedule an appointment. Lance came out for an estimate promised to get a estimate out to me by end of day didn’t hear back for over a week I called back on sept 28 they said Lance would reach out and still never heard back and it’s now Oct. 9th. Don’t waist your time since they will waste yours.

The only complaint I have about this company, is that there is a distinct lack of communication. Not only did they do my job and do it beautifully, but they brought pictures down before and after the job! THEIR FEET HAD NOT BEEN ON THE GROUND FOR 5 MINUTES, AND THE NEXT STORM STARTED! In that short amount of time, the roof repair held and my house was completely dry! THANK YOU ROOF DOCTOR! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS, THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE!!!

I keep calling and Noone answers the phone, I get the voice-mail and she says to leave a voice-mail and to say my number two times. Then it says voice-mail is full. Horrible customer service people! I guess you don’t want new customers.
