My experience with J and K has been absolutely unbelievable. Chris, who managed our account, was the most communicative and thorough person I have ever met in the construction business. The project on our home was massive, costing 700K (mostly paid by insurance), and Chris/J and K navigated all of it for us. From a new roof and gutters, over 50 new windows, new paint for the whole home and a brand new composite deck; J and K literally does it all. I couldn’t recommend a company more highly, especially if you get Chris managing your project. He called me several times a week through the process, and I always knew where we were and what to expect next!

Crew showed up at 7am and when we returned from work at 4pm the only thing I immediately noticed was a new roof! Like magic, it was fully replaced, amazing experience!

These guys are great. We worked with Chris Engel and got our house painted, deck redone, and put in a couple new sliding doors. The price was great, quality of work we great and the service has been exceptional. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

J&K Exteriors did a wonderful job navigating and executing the painting of our house, new patio doors and window, and new deck. Chris was knowledgeable and guided us throughout the process with excellent communication. Scheduling was easy and effortless. All work completed on our house was efficient and completed with excellent craftsmanship. We will continue to use J&K for our future home needs.

J and K was easy to work with throughout the entire process! I am not the most decisive person, but I never felt rushed. Chad was always willing to meet with me or chat over the phone to answer my questions. My house looks great, and I will definitely use them again if I need more work and recommend them to others.

Over the years, I’ve dealt with Chris Engel for my house’s roofing needs. He understands how to navigate the home insurance process and was fantastic with communicating with us along the way. In addition, he is prompt with calling back if a message is left. He’s also been very responsive when it comes to assessing any damage due to the recent hail storms. Thankfully, none was found. This was probably due to Chris’ stellar management of the roofing team on the roof replacement. He will continue to assist with any future roofing needs!

WOW! WOW! WOW! I can’t say enough about J&K. We were selling our home and needed a roof done quickly and properly. They were so prompt with their initial response, they got us scheduled in just days. Their communication was excellent. We knew when the products were arriving and when to expect the crew. We had moved out of the home, so they sent us “in progress” pictures. We went to look at the work and you wouldn’t even know a roofing crew had been there. Our yard was immaculate. The roof looks fantastic! Awesome work, guys! I HIGHLY recommend this company! They will be the first call I make in the future!

I had not believed that my roof had suffered much damage from the tornado until yesterday’s heavy rains. At almost 5 pm, it started raining in my kitchen. I called J & K and left a vm. I also called other places, which ranged from no answers to we will have someone call you within 24hrs to schedule someone to come out and conduct an inspection. Then, Kenny called me and asked if they could come over right away for an inspection! Shortly after, I get a call from Chris to tell me that he’s on his way. Twenty minutes later, Chris was on my roof. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. It is rare nowadays to meet someone who is more interested in taking of you, more than taking advantage of you. I trust Chris and J&K and look forward to working with them! We I needed someone, they were there!
