My husband and I recently purchased our first home under the impression that the roof was only 1-2 years old. It passed the home inspection, but cut to 1.5 months later, we had a leak in our kitchen. Unfortunately we learned the previous owner installed the roof himself, leaving us with no warranty. We had multiple companies come out and give us bids. Angelo came out the same day I filled out a contact form, provided such great attention to detail, and found more flaws in the roofing system than anyone else. He was so great about answering any questions we had that we immediately knew we wanted to work with him and team at Flat Roof Company. Our current budget allowed us to repair the roof and the work was fantastic. The team finished in 3 hours! I look forward to keeping up with routine inspections and working with the Flat Roof Company when it’s time to have a new roof installed.

I didn’t realize the extent of damage to my roof, after a heavy windstorm. Part of the flat roofing material had lifted up and folded back on itself. The rain that followed caused a section of the ceiling to cave in, drenching everything in the room. I thought that the Flat Roof Company only handled commercial property. But after getting several other bids, I took a chance and gave them a call. Yes! They do residential flat roofs, too! Anthony, the owner, answered the phone. He spent a generous amount of time collecting information that enabled him to make an accurate estimate of costs. Any questions I had, were answered in detail… materials, methods& scheduling. He also mentioned the idea of repair vs replacement…things I hadn’t considered and giving me more affordable options to choose from. I like to know exactly what to expect and later had a few more questions about adjoining property, parapet walls, flashing, fascia etc. His son Angelo, came over and took photos with a drone. We had a good understanding of the “before” and what was needed. I went with the replacement. Anthony was always available, easy to reach, if I had any concerns or questions along the way. No matter how trivial or involved the conversation, he was patient, polite and willing to “go the extra mile”. He genuinely cares about his customers. The gutters and fascia were replaced in one half day and the roof was replaced in a day. The team was skilled and efficient. They took photos during and after, so I could see what was done. They did a great job and no surprises. I am more than pleased. This is a family run business. I highly recommend The Flat Roof Company! THANK YOU!!!

Angelo and his time at The Flat Roof Company have been excellent to work with- they initially promised a wait time of 10-14 days for a project, but came in and finished it up the next day! And when costs went a little higher than expected, they threw in a few services free of charge to help balance things out. The work was fast, non intrusive, and they care to do it up right. Highly recommend!

Flat roof did a fantastic repair on our commercial building. We had several leaks in the warehouse as well as the office area. After the recent storm with heavy rain fall are areas that had leaks are leak free. Thank you for a great job. HY-C Team
