My roof was damaged in Memorial Day hail. Trent came & verified I needed a new roof. It’s all taken care of (the roof, dealing with the insurance company, the clean up) everything. A big shout out to the sales representative Trent Brown(who also did a lot of the clean up) for making a hard to deal with situation a lot easier to go through.

We have been extremely pleased with the caliber of customer service from BILLY. He is exceptional with explaining the details and process. He is thorough and definitely represents Redbird with integrity and pride. Billy is the reason for the 5 STARS ***** We were very happy with our roof, the crew, and the product. I’m writing this review as I’m hoping Redbird will back the rest of the work I’ve signed with them to do. I’ve reached out to the office staff to check on the progress of my siding and windows and have not heard back from them to confirm. Which concerns me, as contractors can promise to do work but not follow through. I’m teetering on changing my stars from 5 to 2 or 3 (**) based on the lack of response I’ve received from the office. The ONLY person I ever hear from is Billy, who consistently provides excellent customer service. He can’t speak for other contractors. I do hope the office will return my call to provide an update on when to expect the siding and windows to be done. In fact, the window contractor never sent me information about the estimate, they said they sent to Redbird. So I’m hoping the office can give me those details as well.

Tyler personally presented us with the options and some samples so we could select the one we liked most. While some roofers might not have taken the time to explain how the process worked, he did.
