After taking 4 bids to replace my roof and downspouts and gutters I was pretty sure on who I was going with…took the wife to breakfast and ran into a woman who was wearing a shirt that said Garrison roofing “every shingle time” which I thought was pretty catchy…told my wife that was bout the only one I’ve not contacted…she heard me introduced herself as Tracy and offered to have a free estimate of my roof…we set it up and Jamie Garrison came out and did the bid…something about him just screamed honest…a man of integrity the way he carried himself to his product he sells…I’ve got no doubts I chose the best company for my roof and downspouts and gutters…they were prompted…fantastic communication from sell to service to completion…I hope I never need their services again but without doubt I’ll use them ” every shingle time” ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Local company I had used for roof inspections on a number of real estate transactions. First time I used them on my own roof. Very impressed with their services! Provided me a written estimate using class 3 shingles. First time any roofing company has suggested upgrade and sent insurance discount information. They were fast and efficient! They did not cut corners and replaced all the roof vents and painted exposed vent pipes on the roof. The extra they included for free you will not get from most other companies! The insurance discount will more than pay for the higher cost of the class 3 shingles!

We contacted 5 different roofing companies for an estimate on our roof replacement. We had leaks that we were unaware of show up after the rainstorm of 6/8 so we needed to act quickly. This was not an insurance covered replacement, it was our responsibility, so we had to choose wisely We chose Garrison for their professionalism, knowledge and concern. We found their pricing to be comparable but very reasonable. They didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t want or need. We were initially told it would be 3 to 5 weeks before they could get to us but they shifted schedules to get to us within a week. We were so thankful because another big storm was due to hit. Their team showed up at 6:30am and worked until 8:30 that night to get the job done. They were very organized and efficient. They allowed us to ask questions and stopped and showed us areas of concern throughout the day. We’ve had roofs replaced on 2 other houses and the yard debris was something we were dreading. But there was no debris. We were very impressed. They followed up with an inspection and made sure we were happy with the roof. We will always recommend Garrison to our friends. Use Garrison Roofing, you’ll be glad you did.

We’ve used Garrison twice now in the past three years to replace our roof and guttering. They worked well with two different insurance companies. I am hoping we won’t need them a third time, but if we do we would definitely call them “every shingle time”.

Garrison Roofing was professional and courteous throughout the process. Simply put, they are straight up pros. My insurance company was creating difficulty (turns out I wasn’t in good hands after all) Hannah stepped in and was proactive in assisting us with the insurance company issue. I would recommend Garrison Roofing, based on our experience they are definitely 5 star material.

I just had Jake over to check out a leak I noticed with the recent storms. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. If I have anymore roofing needs I will definitely be calling Garrison.

We just had our new roof completed. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Garrison Roofing. From the very first contact to the final inspection it was wonderful. Their communication with us was so professional and helpful. They communicated frequently during the whole process and everything was right on time, exactly what they told us. The workers who put our roof on in ONE day were amazing. These men worked so hard and took only a 30 minute lunch break under our shade tree. They took a long time to clean up every little thing. Then a supervisor came the day after completion to inspect everything and all was as it should be. I HIGHLY recommend Garrison Roofing – they are extremely professional and helpful with every question. Their prices were reasonable. If you are needing a new roof, you can’t go wrong with this professional and honest company.

After the storms of last week, we developed a leak in our roof. I had Jake from Garrison roofing come out to take a look at it to see if he could see where the leak was originating. As I could not find it. Jake got on my roof and checked all over. He did find some exposed nails around the metal roof vents which were in line with the leak in out master bedroom closet. He also went into the attic to see if he could see where the leak was coming from. Again, nothing visible. He did climb back on the roof and silicone the exposed nails hoping that was the issue. After all this he volunteered to come back out during the next rainstorm, if we still had leaking problems to see if he could find it. He then offered me several options if we could not locate the leak and it was still leaking. Like, replacing part of the roof instead of the whole thing. Being that my roof is only 3 yrs old this would be a less costlier option. I was very satisfied with all the options Jake offered if we still have a problem. I highly recommend Garrison roofing if you need a new roof or repair. Jake truly went above beyond to help us solve our leak problem Dave Parrish
