We were very pleased with the service we received from Express. They worked with our claims adjuster to settle our claim. Conner was great to work with through the whole process. Roof looks great and no mess to clean up! Would highly recommend them.

I do not recommend express roofing, we had our roof replaced along with gutters, all the work was done by subcontractors and was not supervised. The owner is a nice guy, don’t be fooled because if you know anything about workmanship you will find it to be subpar. I had to point out the mistakes and after final payment was made there were no more corrections made so their motto of satisfaction guaranteed is a myth. Does not even answer my emails. (Warning)

The shingles were replaced after a hail storm, but had to call several times to have issues corrected. They still haven’t completed my down spouts after multiple phone calls. Dont think I would recommend.

Express Roofing stood up to my insurance company and proved all the hail damage. Other companies I had do an inspection said my insurance company was too hard to work with. The old roof taken off and a new one put on in 2 days. Absolutely everything was cleaned up. Their workers were very polite.

We had a quote and repair within days after a strong storm and leak was caused. Daniel was thorough, professional and personal, took his time to do a job well done. Thanks for the diligence and his commitment to the repair and explanation. This company was recommended to me by a neighbor of the owner and I’ll be recommending them to any and all persons in the area. Roofers are essential to a house and homes beginning and upkeep, especially in this region, and this company earned this positive attention. Thank you.

Excellent customer service and high quality new roof!! My 85 year old father was in need of a new roof and asked for my assistance in finding the right company to do the job. I traveled from Arizona to Missouri and began the process. I interviewed multiple companies and chose Express Roofing for several reasons: Quality products, reasonable price, excellent warranty, and exceptional customer service. Trevor arrived to assess the roof promptly and had a genuine and apparant attitude of wanting to please the customer as well as provide excellent service. My father is hard of hearing; Trevor took extra measures to ensure my father had all of his questions answered and understood the products and service he was purchasing. This included making two trips to my father’s house in one day just to answer a few questions my father had as he can not hear over the phone. Trevor was extremely respectful towards my father. My father was pleased with Trevor’s thorough knowledge of their products and thorough explanation of the installation process. We had a very clear understanding of what to expect, the timeline of the process, and Trevor’s personal phone number in case we had any questions. I traveled back to AZ as Trevor assured me he would ensure everything went as planned, my father would have no unforeseen stresses, and the finished product would meet my father’s expectations. All went as planned, from delivery of roofing supplies to clean up upon completion. My father could not be more pleased. Nor could I. Trevor knew I was worried about my father getting on a ladder, so he installed leaf guards on the gutter system to give my father and I peace of mind. And he did that free of charge. 🙂 Thank you Express Roofing!! And thank you Trevor!!

Trevor and Cooper were great. I had a new roof put on my house, and everything was done just like they said. On time and for the amount they quoted. I would definitely use them again.
