I thought Nathan was great at the beginning. Roof looks great but once he got the 23000.00, he was done. My bathroom skylight leaks. They left a Gatorade bottle it and came back to get it. After that, it leaked. They also made my living room skylight fall through. I can’t believe the work ethic of Nathan’s company. He definitely is the salesman. Didn’t finished outside fiberglass roof over grill porch. Interior isn’t going to be done my them. My advice is to pay only for the work that’s done!!!

Roofmasters walked me through filing a claim with great customer service. Roofmasters also acted to ensure insurance would cover supplemental repairs as well. I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof. The quality of the roof is superb as well

They worked with my insurance company from start to finish to help me with my hail damage claim. As soon as the check came in from the insurance company, they walked me through the necessary paperwork to complete and had my roof completed within the week! Very fast, efficient, and professional. Would recommend to anyone.

I found Roof Masters through Home Advisor They Responded to my online request for roofing services to remove and replace my shingles roof, gutters, fascia all was bought and paid for through my insurance claim. Roof Masters Came to Springfield from Joplin and handled my large roof job in 24 hr turn around including a fantastic clean up job. Roof masters was the only company offering me a price lock guaranty that my only out of pocket cost was my deductible, and everything was per their final invoice per insurance approval meaning they handled everything with my insurance carrier where I didn’t give any down payment and never paid any money before the work was completed 1 st they catered to me with the color selection and delivered materials and installed all per their promises made on day one. I hope anyone in the Springfield area or anywhere for that matter get as lucky as I to find Roof Masters And get everything handled without leaving your house.

Nathan and Lauren’s at Roofmasters have worked hand and hand with me through one of the worst things I’ve dealt with as a homeowner which is expecting my carrier to replace my roof due to the hail and wind damage that multiple roofers have documented informing me needed replacement. Needless to say I want people to know that I had a completely different experience with Roof Masters Remodeling meeting my adjuster. It wasn’t pleasant no fault due to Nathan at all as Nathan conducted himself very well considering the challenges faced which was just like 1 year ago the same adjuster yelling at my contractor of choice at that time which was not Roof Masters anyways they also tried to argue on my behalf still the carrier argued my damages were caused from anything other than my covered peril hail and wind. And I’ll say listening to Nathan prove legitimate damages to this adjuster was a huge difference from before in obtaining the $11k plus dollar approval on my roof instead of a denial they definitely take the worry away. And when my check gets here they don’t even want it or my deductible not one penny before they finish all the work on my $11 plus thousand dollar roof replacement estimate per my insurance adjusters approval. With RMR’s price lock quarantine that my deductible is my only out of pocket cost. I wouldn’t want to do it any other way now.

Nathan and Laurean at the ROOF Masters Team definitely deliver on all their promises. We seen our neighbors receive new roofs from RMR Inc. and they came and performed a property damage inspection. They showcased what they could do for us, and we loved it. All their promises were made good on. They not only helped us file our claim on the spot, but also MET the adjuster, made sure the ROOF was approved, then delivered our selected materials , and roofed the entire home start to finish in 1 day deffinatrly excellent workmanship, down to the last shingle, and impeccable clean up wonderful experience, all without asking me for a dime of my insurance proceeds they had secured for me. They have 100% completed all my approved works on my scope and handled everything. I hope you have the chance to see what they can do for you.
