I had a water leak that had caused damage to my flooring in my office closet. I called and within 2 hrs they had assessed the damage. The next morning, they were there and took care of both the water leak and flooring beautifully! They were competent, knowledgeable and honest with me. We had a great experience working with Chase and Millwood Co on our roof. He walked us through the insurance process and kept us informed on the roof timeline. The new roof looks great, and the company was so easy to work with that we’ve already had them do two other jobs on our house. They built a custom egress cover for our basement and replaced our back door. This company has been great and we will continue to use them on any future jobs.

If you are looking for a quality roofing or construction company, Millwood construction and roofing will give you a high quality job. They were on time. Cleaned up all the debri and left our yard and home in excellent condition. We highly recommend them. They truly go above and beyond.

We were so thankful to have Millwood Co ready and available to serve our family. Don’t go for the big market, big name guys. When I have ANY roof issue, whether on my personal home or if I’m referring out a client, I always choose Patrick and team. Millwood just recently completed a roof tear off and replace in Webb City for us under some tricky circumstances and did so with professionalism and extremely high quality workmanship. 6 stars if I could !!
