Dave from Ameristar and his crew did a great job at our church. It was a really big job, but they took the time to help make sure we got exactly what we needed and worked with the insurance to make it go smoothly. We are very happy with them.

What a great experience!! John was fantastic to work with and very honest. His team worked extremely hard, on our behalf, with our insurance company and came to a fair agreement. I would definitely call on them for any further work when need be. All stars were earned for sure. I would recommend this company!!

Ameristar Roofing,,, where do I start? It has been our pleasure to hire this company a few times,, one winter we developed a leak before a big storm was forecast, before I got home they had inspected, pin pointed the problem and tarped the roof to prevent further damage. Talk about above and beyond expectations! The team leaders and crews are polite and knowledgeable, and work efficiently. IMO from the office staff to the guys and gals in the field they’re a 10.

Ameristar Roofing did a great job replacing our roof after hail damage. The team did a great job of clean after the roof install. John and his team were quick to respond, handled all insurance quotes/questions and a pleasure to work with during the process. John has great knowledge of dealing with insurance companies and took the time to walk us through the entire process even related to matters not roofing. Ameristar roofing is a class act, can be highly trusted and I would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.

Ameristar completed my new roof in 2021. They were referred by several other people here in Staley Farms who were pleased with them as well. Their sales people were friendly, professional, and made sure to help us with the insurance aspect of the process. When finished the roof looked amazing, it was completed in a timely manner, and they paid attention to detail and our needs. We let them know that we had 4 large dogs and we needed to be extra careful there weren’t roofing nails laying all over the grass after the job. They promised they’d use their roller magnet (that picked up all the nails) as many times as we wished during the completion process, and they did! The dogs had no problems and we never found any nails in the grass! More recently we called them to address one loose shingle on our roof. We were selling the house and the buyer’s inspector found that one loose shingle that they wanted a professional to address. Ameristar realized I was in a time crunch (without me saying it) and sent their repair man out THAT DAY to correct the shingle and provided me with the documentation I needed for the buyer. Christi (from the office) was super compassionate and helpful on the phone and made sure everything got done quick. I have had nothing but great experiences with them from the office, to sales, to the roofers, to the follow-up. I recommend Ameristar all the way. Thanks guys! :).
