He explained every step of the process to me and answered all of my questions in terms I understood. They were on time every step of the way. The crew were very courteous too. I highly recommend them if you need any repairs or a new roof.

I used Resolve Roofing for my roof in June 2024. Shayne was easy to work with, they listened to what I wanted. The crew worked hard and in 1 day it was done. Even the clean up was perfect! I would recommend them again!!

The roof on my log home was replaced by a different roofing contractor 4 years ago. Over time an intermittent leak appeared near the ridge line. Normally I would have climbed the ladder myself to locate and repair the leak. However, I’m getting too old to safely do that any more. I called the original contractor multiple times to come take a look to locate and fix. However, that contractor never returned my calls. I then called Resolve Roofing to see if they would be interested in helping me. We made an appointment for the next day and they arrived promptly on time. After inspecting the roof they located and caulked a likely source of the leak and even took care of a couple of small items I had noticed near the drip edge at one of the gutters. I was fully prepared (and happy) to pay for their service given that they had driven 30 minutes to my house and did actual caulking work. However, I was pleasantly surprised to hear “no charge”, I assume, given the minimal amount of work (maybe 30 minutes start to finish). I was told if that did not fix the leak then we could talk about having them come back to perform a more thorough repair job. If I do continue to have problems I will definitely have them come back out. I really appreciated their prompt and courteous service.

Resolve just recently replaced my roof after a hailstorm… The crew that came out arrived early, was very nice, and worked hard, until the job was done. The roof looks great now, and the crew completely cleaned up the work zone, so that you can’t even tell they were here. Amazing job, thanks guys! 🙂 …
