Bought a 1926 Victorian with a pretty steep roof with several vallies and a old chimney that was causing a leak that needed nocked down. the roof needed to be completely repaired all new decking and some wood work as well. The roof had a layer of cedar shake asphalt than tin. After having my roof completely redone it looks like a new place the Turin is warped perfectly and Vallies look amazing. They got it done in a day and a half and the yard was cleaner when they left then it was when they came. The owner was really friendly and so was the site supervisor. I was really impressed. Thanks for a job well done. Update. After doing such an amazing job on my roof I hired NSR again to do my siding and while they did a amazing job on my roof my siding is horrible it leaks around my windows and a couple other places texted the owner and no reply it has been maybe 2 and half years and already going to have to pay someone else to come fix my siding I paid 26,000 for Not happy at all. Around the doors and windows the J-channle looks like it is falling apart just really bad. After talking to other Home owners and contractors paying 26,000 dollars should have made the siding perfect considering it was only like 5 grand for materials

The crew was very specific in the calculation of measurements, angles & overall professionalism of the work completed. They answered numerous questions that I had, and completed a great job. This is one less major worry I have now for the next rain storm Thanks to the company and crew… Great Job! Cheers

I had a great experience dealing with this contractor. I called and they promptly showed up. My contractor Logan actually got on my roof and checked it out unlike the other contractors I contacted. They were not the cheapest but I truly felt Logan cared about getting my roof fixed. It was not an unpleasant experience that I have dealt with before hiring someone to fix my home. Give them a call and ask for Logan to give you an estimate. You will not be disappointed. 😀

When it came to replacing the roof, they were prompt, quick and the roof looks good. However, they took advantage of my inexperience and made a promise to do soffit, facia and vent work. Never happened. When they wanted their final payment for the roof, Gerry/owner (?) contacted me to collect and I explained I was waiting for someone to come and discuss (as promised) the additional work. He asked if I had a contract and I said no, just a promise. He said that employee was not no longer with them and should not have handled things that way. He admitted that it was highly unprofessional and that he would make it right. “We just don’t do things that way!” Several months later and they have never contacted me! My job is obviously one they did not want to take on. Certainly not ethical enough to depend on them with a handshake! Thanks for your professionalism.

They were expedient, hard working guys, who had done roof repair before, lol.
