Called Zucca on 5/28 for an estimate on hail damage to my house, garage, and shop. I was told they were running behind and it might take two weeks before they’d have someone out. I waited almost a month for a response before finally calling back on 6/24. I was told Chad had been assigned to come to my house. The lady I spoke to said she would contact Chad and let me know what was going on. Again, no one called me back. On 7/3, I called a third time, and was again told they would reach out to Chad and call me back. Now it’s 7/9 and still no one has bothered to call me back. Apparently they don’t need my business so I will be going elsewhere.

Called them after storm damage to our roof. They put a tarp on our roof – but did a poor job of it. The tarp was coming loose later the same day and flapping in the wind. They left the torn edge of the roof exposed. When I called to talk to them about it, the office person didn’t want to listen to me – kept interrupting and talking over me. Then they charged us $600 for the lousy job they did. When we had a different roofing company do the repair work, we found out that Zucca had punched lots of nail holes in the roof, so a lot more had to be repaired and replaced than necessary. Reply to owner: The storm damage was done on May 25, so we did not contact you in April, and we DID pay you $600 – I wrote the check on June 10. Invoice # 12692-1. So YOU must have us confused with someone else.

This was our second experience with them as we had worked with them way back in 2011 the first time. They made everything easy both times. From handling the claims process, to install, to clean up, everything went smooth and so quick. Everyone, from the whole roofing crew, to the office staff, and all the way up to the owners, were all a pleasure to work with. The new roof looks fantastic.

Tony was great and answered all my questions. He was quick to get everything ordered, set up and completed. Jill has been a great help with the paperwork and dealing with my insurance company. The team cleaned everything up, nothing was left behind. The roof looks beautiful!!!
