Rayne Storm was great, the salesman kept me updated and went through all the steps with us and responded to texts very quickly, usually within an hour. He explained what we had to do with the insurance and mortgage company, we never had a claim before so it was all new to us.

They returned my calls promptly, followed through on everything my insurance provider requested, and the final bill had no hidden surprises. Ronnie was patient with me when I had tons of questions about the estimate. I would definitely use them again for any roof or gutter needs I may need.

Rayne Storm helped me cleaned my gutter system and replaced a leaking downspout. Their service is excellent. It was quick and well done. The sales Brett has been a great help during the whole time making sure I was kept updated with the progress.

Rayne-Storm did our roof few years ago.We tried calling them numerous times this month because we had a bad water leak in our living room and left a huge stain in our ceiling when it rained last month,UNFORTUNATELY this company WONT accommodate and help previous customer if it’s a back job.Every time we called them they keep telling us someone is going to contact us but up to this moment we are still waiting.

Great roofing company. Owner is incredibly knowledgeable and worked with me and my insurance company to get the job done in a timely manner. I have used Rayne-Storm 3 times, twice for weather related damage and also for the roof on our new construction house.

After a hail storm in the area, a lot of companies were going door to door looking for business. There was already another business card in our door that an employee here took and replaced it with his own. I choose not to go with this company because of that lack of integrity in an employee.
