Rory and the crew were great to work with on our commercial roof and I have nothing but positive things to say. This was a decently large investment for us, so I had lots of questions, and Rory always picked up the phone and answered everything completely and made me feel at ease. We had an old aging roof that needed pretty quick attention and they came through. I had gotten 4 bids from flat roofers in the area, and Rory’s bid was competitive but more important than that was his communication before, during, and after. They worked late and got the project done in a day and kept me informed each step of the way. Tons of pictures, videos, and explanation that made me feel good about my decision. I’m excited to have this taken care of and no more worries about leaks in our warehouse. It’s nice to find a company that does things right and when they say they will. I’ve already passed their name on to some friends with commercial properties and will continue to rave about them. Thanks Rory and Meyers Construction.

Rory and his crew did an amazing job! We could not be happier with our roof. Rory was quick to respond to any questions I had. We had a temporary delay in getting the roofing material to the site and he sent his crew to install the underlayment to protect against rain. They showed up the next day- impressive. Rory’s crew was very polite and are extremely hard workers. They also answered any questions I had. They were clean, and honestly they were the only contractor that cleaned up after themselves! All that was left was a beautiful roof!!!!! The drone pics were icing on the cake! Rory – thanks for everything you did!

Rory and team were recommended by a friend, and I would definitely use again and recommend to anyone needing their services. I had several other roofers out to bid the job. Rory was competitive in price and knowledgeable in recommendations for different options for my 100+ year old city home with a flat roof that desperately needed some attention. Very timely and responsive, zero pressure, and great communication throughout the process from start to finish. Rory responded to my countless questions with ease and expertise that was much appreciated. The work was done in two days and Rory checked in with updates along the way with photos before, during and after. Very impressed and thankful for such a smooth process.

I am a construction superintendent and had the pleasure of having Meyers Construction and Consulting replace the single ply EPDM roof on my project with a new TPO roof in downtown St. Louis. Rory and team did an amazing Job. I had an old parapet that left the front half of a flat residential roof totally rotted and Rory’s team was in and out in one day and went above and beyond. They “rebuilt” my roof trusses and supports on the spot and patched some weak points in other parts of the roof. Meyers will be my first call for all future roof work.

10/10 would recommend to everyone. If you need a flat roof, Meyers Construction & Consulting is the way to go. My 100 year old city house needed a new roof and I reached out to several companies for bids. Rory responded quickly, took the time to go through all of the different options with me, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. His prices were very competitive with the other companies that eventually showed up for a bid. During the install, I received multiple updates from Rory each day with pictures and videos of the progress they were making. His crew was great and made sure to leave my property very clean at the end of the process. I went with a TPO roof and my upstairs AC is finally able to keep up with these 100 degree days. My only regret is not doing this sooner. Rory made this process so smooth for me, and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the area.
