As a homeowner, there are some projects that you dread and are overwhelming. For me, our roof replacement was one of those. I researched contractors, met with felt like dozens, and none compared to the quality service and expertise as Element Roofing. We knew immediately, through working with Brad, that we made the right decision. We also had to fight with the insurance company, but never felt alone; Brad truly stepped in and up every time we needed him and went above and beyond to manage our project. Brad Banner is the best. Brad was very helpful in getting our roof replaced. It was difficult, because of the adjuster that handled our claim. Brad help me get past adjuster to finally getting the claim settled. The work performed us excellent. His crew is very experienced in replacing roofs. Our new roof looks AWESOME. Professional and thorough! Very happy with the end result. It helps to have someone who knows how the insurance process works and will talk you through it step by step. Brad gave references for his work and answered every question we had along the way. He came out the day before the job to check that all the materials were delivered and came after to ensure it was all completed satisfactorily. A++

Brad and his team did a great job on my roof. He took the time to meet with the insurance claims agent at my house to look over the roof together. He took the time to explain the various varieties of shingles, gave me samples to look at, and provided addresses of houses that had a few of the shingle colors I was interested in. He communicated in a timely manner, was professional and efficient. He was patient when there was an issue with a payment from insurance. He came by my house and explained the whole billing process so I could better communicate with insurance. I’d highly recommend Element Roofing. From the delivery of the materials to the completion of the job, I was very pleased.
