I cannot recommend Guaranteed Roofing Company highly enough! From start to finish, their service was exceptional and their workmanship was top-notch. I had damage to my roof and I needed it repaired. Mr. Parker arrived on time and thoroughly inspected my roof, providing me and my insurance company with a detailed and transparent estimate. After the insurance company determined the damage was normal wear & tear, Mr. Parker walked me through the steps of replacing my roof. Throughout the installation process, the professionalism and expertise of their crew were evident. They worked efficiently, paying close attention to every detail to ensure the job was done right the first time. I was impressed by their commitment to quality and safety protocols they took. Not only did they complete the project within the promised timeframe, but they also left my property clean and tidy, with no debris left behind. They were done in around seven hours. Joseph of Guaranteed did an inspection of a leak at my home and determined the leak was from my HVAC unit and not my roof. I appreciate that he made time in his busy schedule to check this leak.

We used guaranteed roofing to replace our roof. Mike moody went over and above to assist us with the estimate and dealing with state farm insurance. He came out three times to the pictures and videos of the roof damage. The roofing crew came out bright and early on a Friday morning and by the time the sun went down we had a new roof. Many thanks to this fine group of people.

Wow, I called on Tuesday and they came on Friday. They completed this job in less than 6 hours. The work is phenomenal! They cleaned up so well I couldn’t find one scrap of material in the yard. The sales team were super kind and professional. I highly recommend using guaranteed roofing!
