They were very easy to work with from the beginning to the end.Thr roofers were very friendly even though we couldn’t understand each other very well. Brian kept everything rolling smoothly and answered all our questions and concerns. He was the greatest. Brenda was always available to answer questions and keep things moving. Redemptive was very quick to do an emergency storm repair last year, and then handled a hail damage claim for full roof replacement with my insurance company. They were professional and thorough in paperwork, scheduling and invoicing. The work crew did a great job managing between all the recent rains. They kept the yard clean and protected all the shrubs and plantings around the house. Luke and Brenda were very responsive and great to work with.

After a few rainstorms, I had water collecting on the ceiling in a hallway of the middle level of my tri-level townhome. Redemptive Roofing was hired by my HOA to come and fix the issue last October, but unfortunately couldn’t figure it out. When the same issue reappeared this Spring, Michael came back out and stayed for close to 2 hours to insure him and Tristan found and sealed the leak that was coming in from a vent on the roof. The owner Luke stopped out as they were working, climbed up on the roof, and made sure it was taken care of this time. I really appreciate them and all of the time they took — especially since it wasn’t a full roof job (which I know would have made them a much larger profit than a small repair job). Everyone on the team has been nothing but helpful, professional, and great to work with!

They worked with us for the scheduling, answered all our questions thoroughly and in a very friendly way, and came back out to check up on a couple tiny concerns we had. Luke and his team went above and beyond to help us. They were personable and Brenda in the office was also amazing. They were responsive and quick with all calls and concerns. They do good quality work for a really good price. They were also efficient and fast. I would highly recommend Redemptive roofing!
