We used Sterling Exteriors for hail damage repairs on our roof. Nick was incredibly helpful from day one. He worked directly with our insurance company for us and was always very responsive when we had questions. He was very professional throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were in the loop and understood what was going on. He really took all the stress out of the whole process for us. Nik and the entire Sterling Exteriors team did an excellent job with the new siding and roof on our house. We had hail damage from a recent storm and they went above and beyond to make sure the house looked good as new. Throughout the process, they communicated with us well and made sure we were aware with all the construction timelines. Sterling Exteriors also made it very easy to work with insurance companies and housing inspectors involved. We couldn’t be happier with how the new roof and Hardie siding looks. Nick helped me deal with my insurance claim and ultimately replaced my roof and helped coordinate replacement of my ac unit. He was prompt, organized and knew how to deal with the insurance company. After the claim was approved, he scheduled a team to replace the roof. The roof replacement was done with high quality , efficient manner and my house was left in much better shape then originally found. He helped make the overall process much easier and less stressful to deal with. I would highly recommend his company if you are looking for quality work, efficiency, organization and a stress free process for any and all services.
