We worked with Elie to get our claim processed. From the very beginning, he was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions/concerns. First time property claims can be a bit overwhelming, Elie made the entire process easy. The team at Sharp have been great to work with. Prompt communication, great customer service and quality work.

We had our shingles replaced in 2023. Everyone we met from Sharp Exteriors from the initial contact person through receptionists, managers, was professional and competent in how they conducted their business. They listened, presented their product well, managed the insurance paperwork, organized the contractors, looked after the cleanup and follow up. We were very satisfied.

I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. I had an issue with one of the company new hires, FYI this doesn’t have anything to do with the company other the. A personal matter with one of the employees. So please take this review for what it is. A personal matter and it got resolved in a matter of an hour. The owner, Josh and the manager Zade were extremely prompt and respectful.
