John and his staff met with me and my insurance company numerous times in order to expand the scope of the work to my satisfaction. Prior to the work starting John came to my house to choose materials and colors for my project with the use of an elaborate 3D program on his laptop. Once the work began John was readily available to answer questions and put me in touch with production staff to get the work done to my satisfaction.

John K was incredible to work with! He responded and was at my home within 1-2 days of calling him. His knowledge and eye for details showed me damage that I didn’t even realize was damage. He worked with my insurance company and didn’t accept their first quote. He held firm and didn’t let them get away with any excuses. I had enough trust in him to recommend 3 other family members to him as well.

John was amazing to work with and their communication was top notch. They made the process so easy from start to finish. They also dealt with my insurance company so I didn’t have to. They did a fantastic job on the roof and there was ZERO mess afterword which left me shocked. I have had numerous friends and family replace their roofs and a common complaint was the mess they left. His crew was extremely professional, timely, and did an incredible job.
