Welter Construction appeared at our door with concern about our roof sustaining hail damage! (Many did). Roger was so very personable and very easy to talk with!! I was extremely impressed after years of experience with construction companies and not being impressed! He was fabulous at inspection, advice about insurance, recognized not only roof damage but pointed out deck damage I never would have thought to consider! Very knowledgeable, suggestions I wouldn’t have known and very proactive to get the job done! His people were polite, helpful, considerate and hard working!! There was NO mess left, not even a little dust! I cannot recommend them highly enough!! Welter Construction in Elk River but will travel for your needs!

Alex, Donnie, Brandon, and Kyle were great. They communicated well throughout the whole process of transitioning my loft into a bedroom. The entire process went smoothly due to their expertise and project management abilities. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I had roofing and siding issue last year storm hell was damage to my house and I find Walter construction it came to my house. They estimated send it to the insurance. I want to work from insurance done. They send some people to do the roofing siding and everything was Greet , I really highly recommended, the owner of the company MR Rogers is one of the good guys too really responsible nice and recommended more then five stars thank you

Tree feel on roof,hail damage couldn’t get ahold of insurance rep(Texas) Welter Construction stepped in and took care of everything, best service I have ever had, not your typical take the money and we will get back to you when we feel like it, they kept me updated on everything put on a newroof while I was out of town, did a fantastic job quality shingles looks great highly recommend them

Ken, what professionalism you displayed while coming out to my parants house. My folks asked me to be present when you arrived on a warranty claim. Hoping that having a similar tradesmen present they wouldn’t get walked over like they have experienced from other companies. At no time did I feel the need to follow you and question your experience or knowledge of what we asked to be looked at. I could not belive you had all the original contracts and progress pictures. Truly a leader in the market..Stand by for more contacts to come your way and hope to match up some metal work with you

I had a garage fire in 2017 and had Welter Construction do the work. Just this summer we noticed there were some spots on the roof that needed attention. I contacted the company and Ken, the exterior field manager, responded. He came out and checked and saw the areas of issue. They had a crew out here the next week to fix the problems free of charge u it Nader their 10 year warranty. I didn’t have to pay a dime! He was very responsive and communicated well with everything. To be honest, when they did the original work, I wasn’t that satisfied, but the company has changed a lot. Their customer service is outstanding, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you Ken for all that you have done.
