I am so disappointed. My work was completed spring of 2023 and still has not passed inspection. Company has been contacted multiple times with no reply. Make sure you don’t pay them until the work passes inspection. There were a few other issues that the guys I worked with fixed and were very responsive until they had already been paid.

Hail destroyed my roof and my siding and my gutters. I called Options,exteriors, and hooked up with Alonzo Brandenberg. He came over to Wisconsin and talked me through the whole process of how to deal with the insurance company and how to get my house repaired. I would recommend Alonzo Brandenberg and Options exteriors if you have anything coming up in the future. Alonzo was very polite and always answered my phone calls promptly. Communications with options exteriors always went well.

Overall good job on the roof and they protected the property well from being damaged. Areas for improvent are they were slow at getting an estimate to me and even slower on a revised estimate and Options had to send a 2nd revised estimate since they didn’t pay attention to my email regarding changes. Also since I couldn’t be there during the install process I emphasized to take pictures of the underlayment for me. Only one blurry picture was provided of the underlayment and it was from the street so you could not see if cap nails were used as I requested and that was listed on the estimate. I suspect this was not done according to our agreement. Gave Options the benefit of the doubt but may pull a shingle to find out. If I needed only one picture that would be the one since all other parts of the work can be viewed after the work is done. After the job was done there was found in the trash a half a roll of underlayment and half box of coil roofing nails in good shape. I will use them for a garage I have scheduled to do myself but would rather have seen no waste of new product and charged to me.

Our roof had hail damage. Options Exteriors came to our aid. Zach Harder, filed the claim and paperwork with our Insurance. He coordinated everything. He answered all our many questions and took care of all problems. Options Exteriors, Zach Harder, Andrew Ness, were really helpful getting it ALL taken care of and done. Sub par quality workmanship. Not up to the standards they say they hold. Poor communication with their working crew. They had to come out multiple times to do the same thing, and still couldn’t get it done correctly.

This is not a service review, but if they treat their customers like they treat people on the road I would not recommend them. Bad drivers, no regard for others!

We have a no soliciting sign clearly posted by our doorbell and Kasey still tried with us and gave us advertisements that we immediately threw away. When told that we don’t talk to solicitors, we were told that they weren’t soliciting, even though they were going door to door and doing just that.

We cannot say enough good things about Scott Siver and his professionalism and willingness to help. He showed up with a smile and positive attitude. He was upfront with us about our roof and siding and gave great advice. He was great laughing and joking w my daughter and he and my husband talked sports. I know I will be calling Scott if there is another storm and will happily recommend Scott and Options Exteriors to anyone who asks.
