It all started with high winds resulting in ¼ of my flat roof blowing free. My initial meeting with Sergie was a very informative and satisfying conversation. He pointed out what and where the damage was, the likely cause of damage (whether wind, hail or other causes) and what materials were necessary to repair the damage. Although this may sound like any other meeting you’ve had with a contractor, it was the way he presented his company and the ease in talking with him that was notable, very nice guy! There were two crews that were used to complete the job, one for removing and repairing the roof, and the other for replacing the gutters. Both crews were professional and friendly. They completed their jobs in a very timely manner and cleaned up after themselves ensuring nothing was left on the ground and/or materials left for me to pick up. Very nice jobs. In-between the initial meeting with Sergie and the job being completed, Cornelius kept in touch with me to keep me updated with progress and timelines, he too, like Sergie, was extremely easy to work with and there was never any question on any part of the job. Sergie would stop by inspecting the work being done and answering any questions that came up. It was an extremely satisfying experience working with them. The last step was for the city to approve the work completed. When the inspector came out, LifeTime Builders had left multiple photos and explanations laid out for the inspector. The inspector was impressed by the amount of photos provided. There were no issues found and everything was signed off and approved. Thanks LifeTime Builders, it was an easy, stress-free experience. Lifetime builders was great to work with. We used them to finish our basement. They were constantly checking on the status and quality of the work being done, great with communicating the status and any changes that had to be made, and the quality of the finished project was fantastic! We look forward to working with them again for our future home projects.

Five stars all the way!!! LifeTime builders service, work quality, and the overall experience were outstanding! My wife and I worked with LifeTime Builders to fix our roof after a bad wind storm damaged to our house in summer 2023. The entire team was committed, knowledgeable and helpful, and the process was smooth and efficient. The entire crew attention to detail was spectacular while assessing the damage and supporting us to properly file insurance claim. All the required work (roof restoration, gutters installation and exterior house painting) were executed efficiently with highest standard of quality! We were so happy and thankful with LifeTime builders support and amazing work after unfortunate house storm damage. We will definitely hire LifeTime builders again as our contractor for our future house projects. Also, we highly recommend them to anyone looking for contractor with a great professionalism and high quality work and service!

When we had our roof and gutters replaced, we choose to use Life Time Builders LLC. We liked everything about Them. Family Owned, over 25 years’ experience. Very professional and informative. They also were advocates for our insurance claims adjuster, which made the process easy for us. They are very reliable and HONEST people. Their workers were very neat, didn’t leave a mess. We are very Pleased with the work that was done by them. We had them install Malarkey Architectural Shingles, Rubberized Asphalt, Style Vista Class 4, It is a green product. Yes, I would definitely recommend this company to others. If we ever would need siding, windows, or other work done in the future, I will check with them first. No disappointments here!

Amazing experience! Lifetime Builders was easy to work with from start to finish. They were quick to respond to us and their quote was more competitive than all the rest. My husband showed them where we were having some water issues and they gave us options, without needing to replace the entire roof. The repair was done right and we are very happy.
