Matt was awesome to work with, he and his team were able to negotiate with our insurance to make sure it covers all of the roof and not just one or two segments. The crew were professional and quick, and did a great job. They even helped me clean a high-rise light that requires a 26+ feet ladder!

I would highly recommend this business to anyone. Storm ReNU replaced our roof from hail damage this fall. Matt was wonderful to work with. Patient, excellent communicator, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the whole process went smoothly. Matt was very thorough in the assessment of hail damage on the roof which helped maximize our insurance coverage. The insurance process was made made much easier b/c of him. The roof install went very smoothly. And the follow up from Matt again was great. It was made very clear that he wanted the process for us to be easy, and was not one to simply just get the job done. August 2020, our neighborhood got hammered by hail. During the storm, we had water coming through our living room and kitchen ceilings. While our insurance company quickly reviewed our roof, they determined that the damage did not require a new roof, just a repair of damaged shingles. Matt at Storm ReNU was working with our neighbor and asked about our roof. When I shared with him our sad story, he contacted the insurance company and picked up the shingle “match” they approved. Matt placed the new shingles over the damaged shingles. The color was a terrible match and our roof looked like a checkerboard. The insurance company agreed and Storm ReNU did an excellent job replacing the roof. Matt and his experienced crew did the entire job in one day. Thanks!

Matt and Bart were very conscientious in addressing all the issues following the 2020 hail damage of our roof. They dealt with State Farm adjusters in a professional manner, relieving us of the burden of reviewing and navigating the claim throughout the process, which entailed the replacement of both the roof and skylights. We never felt pressured or rushed into making decisions about the roof shingle color or texture as they offered many different options that we could choose from. They were always available for us, sometimes even early evenings, to answer any questions or concerns as they arose through a long process of several months to get the roof replaced. StormRenu have also followed up on the installation after all the payments were made, making sure that there were no issues with their work. I just can’t commend them enough on a job well done.

The project went seamlessly from start to finish. Matt from Storm ReNu patiently answered all my questions and was present every step of the way. He worked well with my insurance company and was very easy to work with. At the completion of the project he made sure everything was done to my expectations including doing additional sweeps of the yard for roofing nails. The roofing crew was very courteous and completed the project very quickly. The roof looks great! I have used other roofing companies in the past, I had positive experiences with the other companies, but Storm ReNu was a step above the other companies in every category. I will definitely use them again.
