We had Otten’s Custom Roofing replace our roof. The roof they replaced was about 25 years old and Otten did that roof as well. I am extremely pleased with all aspects of this job. From start to finish, I would say that the job was done professionally. The crew were prompt, work continuously throughout the day, the crew was respectful of our property i.e. picking up after the job was done and took care to not ruin our garden. The crew was friendly and professional. The roof looks awesome, everything tucked away good and tight. We just had a massive downpour and there are no leaks. Scott comunicated through the entire process so we knew the dates, times, price, and the time it would take to get the project done. Scott also, went above and beyond to double check and answer questions/concerns that we had prior to the start of the job. I would recommend Otten’s Custom Roofing over and over again. Very pleased!! Looks fabulous!![

Very satisfied with the new roof from Ottens Custom Roofing. Great communication from start to finish. Scott is a pleasure to speak to and very easy to work with. Made sure to clean up and leave no evidence they were ever here. Roof looks great. I have full confidence in the work they did and that I will be taken care of should any problems arise in the future. I would 100% recommend Ottens Custom Roofing.

Scott made it easy to work with. Timely review of job and presenting a quote. Even though ours was a smaller job, he made us feel we were as important as a large job. Work was completed as described, area was left clean. Was completed at a what we felt was a fair price.

Scott’s crew did a great job. I’m a contractor and more particular than most people. They did exactly what Scott and I talked about, tore my roof off, had it all back on, cleaned-up, and were gone in one long day.
