They showed up on time, were super efficient and professional and they did a solid job removing the old roof and laying down the new roof. They meet all of our expectations and then some. The project manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. He was very knowledgeable and responsive with any questions we had. He was fantastic to work with!

I was a little disappointed that they charge $99 for a quote. When I told Ralph that I’m not willing to pay $99 for a quote, he said, “we aren’t willing to come out for free” and hung up.

Joshua who supervised our roof installation, could not have been more attentive to our concerns, and Avalon Roofing Services provided excellent service overall at a reasonable price. The workers who did the installation kept the area around our house clear of debris and were always prompt. We could not be happier with Avalon Roofing Services and our new roof.
