5 skylights replaced. From day 1 we contacted Yeager roofing for estimate to day job completed communication, workmanship and professionalism all excellent. The 6 guys on the job were very kind and respectful of our property. Highly recommend !!

We have a modular home in Merrill, MI. 1800sq ft ranch single story with a 2 car detached garage. Mitch from Yeager came and provided an excellent outlay of his companies work ethic, principles and his crews long-term commitment to meeting and exceeding just normal standards. Three quotes later from alternative roofing outfits and Yeager is the winner. Just today finishing a full roof tear-off and replace along with the garage additionally replacing three skylights and even the gutter system on both buildings, too. Simply fantastic. Start to finish all folks involved were very diligent,polite,kept an exceedingly clean work sight every day, and performed very very good work. Extremely satisfied,……sad I’ll never need them again in this home! lol Jeff Heiple

2 years ago we had minor roof damage due to wind and we ended up calling Mitch. After an inspection we ended up replacing all of our gutters for a pretty good price. This year we finally decided to replace the roof; this costs a lot and it can be nerve-wracking to find the right company to do it. After I did some shopping around, Yaeger seemed to be the best bet. We were prepared to be on a long waiting list since it was springtime. Not an hour after I left a message, Tiffany called me back and we arranged to have Mitch come by for an inspection in a few days. I really appreciate that he wore booties to cover his work boots in our house and even removed them to go into the attic; that was very considerate. He took lots of pictures to show us exactly where the issues were and explain what could be done. After we picked out a roof package, I was again expecting a long wait due to the busy season. Maybe it is because we were returning customers but they were able to start 2 weeks afterward! There was a slight delay due to rain, but Mitch was great at communicating the work status and any changes to the timeline. After they were finished, the bill ended up below what was originally estimated. They could have easily pocketed the money for work that I didn’t see done and would not have recognized so I am grateful for their honesty. Our roof looks great and there is a 10 year warranty on it so I couldn’t be happier!

Yeager roofing was very responsive and was able to completely explain what the problem with existing skylight. Replacement of window was timely and look took them just about 2 hours to install the window. Left my house very clean upon completion.
