We had an amazing experience working with Chris to replace our old roof. The team replaced our entire roof in 1 day, staying late as there was a chance of rain the next day. In the preparation discussions we always had clear communication and quick responses. We were recommended to reach out to Sheriff Goslin by a neighbor and so happy we did. Highly recommend!

Called Sherriff Goslin because our roof is fairly old and we have had hail a couple times this year. Ryan Waldorf was out the very next day to inspect it for us. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He did a great job of evaluating the roof and going over any potential issues with us. Him and his team were so quick and efficient at replacing our roof and working with insurance. The new roof looks amazing! The team cleaned up spotlessly…didn’t find a single nail. We will never recommend anyone else!

We were charged an extra 4% for using our credit card. No fee disclosure on the contract and they would not lower the invoice to offset the fee or waive the 4% charge. I called to find a resolution and was told they would call me back. I never received a call and was sent a past due invoice reminder through email instead. A company this old and big should know better. Always disclose fees beforehand, it is not a good look. I chose this company based on the great initial customer service knowing that it was a bit more than their competitors and ended up paying even more in the long run. Ended on a sour note. Actual workers were great as was the front desk lady, Barbara. Chris, was very helpful and has great customer service skills, the guys behind the front of house, not so much. Disappointed.

Matt Sikkema at SG couldn’t have been better. We could tell from the get-go he was customer and detail oriented. He worked with us and checked up on us every step of the way through our insurance claim. He went above and beyond. Not to mention the full replacement only took 1.5 days with a great looking result. COULD NOT be happier.

Sheriff Goslin had done work on my parents roof in the 1990s and 2007 but we could not find any other information regarding the roof being replaced after that. Justin helped search records and when we didn’t find anything, he offered to go out to the home and inspect the roof himself. He found that the roof was newer, and no longer had the shingles they used. He also was confident that the roof was somewhere between 10-12 years old. This was so helpful! Best part, Justin just did this to help us out and did not require any payment. I am shocked my parents didn’t use them to replace their roof current roof because they were firm believers of their workmanship and customer service. Thank you Justin for all you did!! Best customer service I have had in a long time!

From start to finish Ryan Waldorf was very easy, quick, and professional to work with. Him and his team were able to inspect roof damage, provide quote, order supplies, and scheduled a crew around my schedule. It took them 1 day to tear off old shingles, replace some wood, re-shingle, and clean-up. No nails or tar were left laying around the house. Very pleased with the job.

We had a new roof installed by Sherriff Goslin Roofing two weeks ago. I worked with Jeff Smith through out the whole process. We found some issues after the installation and called Jeff over the weekend. Jeff was very responsive and sent the team to have the issues fixed the next week. This is the second time we had our roof done by Sherriff Goslin and our overall experience with the company has been very positive. I had the chance to work with some great people of the company, Justin, Mike and Jeff… I highly recommend the company for your roofing needs!
