They replaced the old flooring on couple of decks with composite material. They had a competitive price, a were able to start and complete the job in a very timely fashion. Did excellent work. Everything is very neat and expertly fitted. Will definitely give them the opportunity to quote on other remodeling that may come up in the future,

In the busiest part of summer, their communication was a little slow, but their work was excellent. They were very thorough and their pricing was very reasonable. They did an amazing job repairing and replacing my roof.

The owner of this company was honest in the pricing of replacing a new roof.. However, getting in touch was impossible. Had made arrangements to come and have me sign the paperwork to start the job but called 1 hr before appointment and said he was going to be late and could he come by later, I agreed then he NEVER showed. NO call!! Very frustrating.. I had to make several other calls at last minute to find another contractor. BE CAUTIOUS!!

The folks at Roof and More in Kalamazoo are really responsive and do fine work, with excellent followthrough. A few years ago, Jake re-roofed our whole house at the end of a room-addition project. We were very happy with the finished product, as well as the rapid, professional and tidy way the job was carried out. The roof looked good and was doing its job. We began to have some dripping from a light fixture in the addition during very specific weather conditions, so we immediately suspected a roof problem. Jake came out on several occasions to try to find the source of the leak. Only through extensive consultation between Roofs and More and the HVAC contractor, were we able to determine that the water was NOT coming from the roof, but started as condensation in an air-conditioner duct that had traveled the length of the house. Jake’s diagnostic assistance was critical to isolating the source of the leak. We would definitely call Roofs and More for any roofing or eavestrough work in the future.
