Prospect did my roof mid may of 2024 and 8 weeks later many faulty shingles are still not replaced. They blame Malarkey for not doing something. My repeated requests for service after the sale have been given only some lip service but mostly ignored. I do not recommend this company for roofing work. It’s disappointing to pay a premium and get these results.

These guys are pros! They told us they could make our old dilapidated stucco garage pop, and they delivered! They replaced the custom windows and added vinyl siding. Quick, courteous, thoughtful, careful, and efficient; they even cleaned up everything when they were finished. The garage matches the house perfectly. I highly recommend Prospect Roofing. Yes they do more than roofing! Before photos with that one snow in January…

I am really happy with my new roof, the Prospect team did an awesome job, the were very respectful of all my plants and objects that I had on my decks. They ensured that all nails and debre were all picked up, using a magnets tool several times to pick up nails from the lawn and deck. Thanks to the Prospect Roofing team for doing such a great job.

This crew is top notch. They were easy to work with. They did what they said they would do. Cleaned up thoroughly and charged what they said they would charge. I used them for another roofing project as well unrelated to my personal residence.
