I called to see how much an “Estimate Fee” would be for this company to check out of roof. I was doing this to compare pricing with another company. Rick asked who I was. When I responded with my name he got angry and told me that his job was not to give me an estimate that it was to make appointments. He then hung up on me. Rick, you are rude and unprofessional.

The owner was prompt and very professional. Answered all my questions and gave me a reasonable price for the repair of the leak on my roof. The job was done within the expected time and even cleaned up after they were done. I was very impressed and would definitely hire them again.

Vincent Roofing Solutions worked hard; repaired everything on the roof that needed repairing, replaced the skylights, flashed the chimney and exhaust pipe, brought us up to code with ice and water flow. They cleaned up. They took pictures and informed you what they were doing as they went. They were prompt, efficient and very personable, reliable and trustworthy. I would hire them again.

Excellent job. All the employees were very professional & courteous. The work was performed in good time, they cleaned up after the job extremely well and the roof looks totally awesome. I would highly recommend Vincent Roofing Solutions and especially Donn who oversaw the workers the entire time. The price quote and guarantee that came with the roof were also fantastic. Thank you all.
