I used this company a few years ago for our home roof. Their communication was amazing, far beyond what I expected for a rood job. The crew was fast, half a day for a tear off and new install. I was thrilled to hear about the location in Cadillac opening. We need better service in our area regularly. It’s so hard to find reliable work these days and they offer a lifetime workmanship warranty on any new stuff they install at no added cost and not buffered in either. They were only a few 100 $ different from other companies using lower grade shingles and materials. Great product selection, good folks and great communication.

We had hail damage to our roof last year and had Premier Roofing & Exteriors complete the job. Austin was extremely responsive and communicated when ever we had questions. The crew and leader were great, hard working and fast! They all did a fantastic job and I would not hesitate to hire Premier Roofing & Exteriors at any point. The photo shows our home with a beautiful completed roof. We did research and all pointed to hiring Premier Roofing & Exteriors to get the job done, right with quality and fast!

Competent, friendly, honest staff and workers, very thorough, and did an amazing job cleaning up. They are very conscientious about their work and very detailed. This is an amazing company and I would definitely highly recommend that whoever needs a roofing business to use them. Thank you!!
