David is NOT an experienced roofer or sider! He has no clue how to correctly install shingles or metal roofing and has taken multiple deposits and never came back! These good reviews are all from his friends and family members… EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM! This company has not 1 good review that is real! I don’t know if I can post pictures on here or not, but I have DOZENS of them from multiple jobs he has hired me to repair because he had them so jacked up that he couldn’t get paid, and he had no idea what he even did wrong. If you’re looking for a good roofer or sider, THIS IS NOT THE COMPANY TO CALL!!! As of right now, David owes me $2700 for removing old vinyl siding off a home in Kingsley, Mi. and he has completely refused to pay me and has since just stopped even corresponding with me at all! I will be at the home in question tomorrow morning to show these poor people the pictures I have mentioned of the HORRIBLE quality he is doing!

Alright I’ve been quiet for a long time! But I’m done my name is steve vollmer I’m not the guy that Dave from custom quality roofing ripped off I’m the son of the guy that Dave from Custom quality roofing ripped off. We have the same name. Dave took almost $6000 from my dad as a down payment for a job on my dad’s roof. Then Dave ghosted him and was telling people that he couldn’t return the money because it was a custom order in which was a total lie because all the material could have been bought off the shelf’s at Home Depot. Dave has been I court many times for doing this to others. He 100% should not be trusted with your money. He has desperately been having his friends write good reviews on here to mask the bad ones. He responded to my dad’s review on here with saying you got your money back through PayPal which was another lie. My dad has not received any of his money back. This man is a crook and if he responds to this post it goes to show how desperate he is to cover up the truth about the people he has screwed over. If your a good honest person you shouldn’t have people on google that are upset with you and should have to respond to there reviews. It is wrong that he keeps ripping off good people and getting away with it. My dad deserves to get his money back. Thanks for reading this and please don’t let this goofy roofer take your money too!!!!!!!! Seem like since you order $6000 in metal you should just drop off that special order metal to my dads house where did the material go Dave See everyone so quick to try and cover up the fact the David is a con man.

Was a bit apprehensive about hiring David after reading the reviews. We thought there had to be a reason he had lots of positive customersvbut also many negative stating he ran off on them. None the less we chose David after our initial consultation after seeing how genuine and passionate he was about his business. They completed the project on time with no hiccups. Was a pleasure and highly satisfied with our project. David did everything he promised. Highly Recommend. David did provide us a brief look into his negative reviews and without saying much, these reviews should be removed and it is a shame such inappropriate reviews would hinder his success. Thanks Guys!

I heard Dave took another deposit and the customer never heard from him again wow that sounds familiar. He must have been hurting for money for Christmas that’s why he did it. Well this is a message to anyone out there that’s dealt with Dave in this situation make a police report because it will go to the prosecuting attorney’s office . Dave thinks he can get away with this but you have a court date in your future. Yeah Dave didn’t want to talk to me my lawyer or the cop so he’s going to talk to a judge.
