Only received a quote for a new roof from this company. I have not started the project yet. They were easy to work with to get the roof inspected and priced out. Since it was only a roof quote I didn’t even have to be home when they did it.

They did work on my front and side porches in November of 2023. In June of 2023, they told me it would be 6-8 before they could start the work. At 12, 14, 16, and 18 weeks I called and asked when they were gonna start the job. I was given a different excuse each time I called as to why they had not started. After 20 weeks I was angry and fed up with the office managers’ excuses and asked if I could speak with the owner. The office manager said, ” No, I would not feel right giving the owner’s number to an angry customer”. I then asked her to have him call me so I could speak with him as to why the work hadn’t started. She said she would have him call me, but he never called. After waiting 22 weeks, they finally came out and did the work. It is some of the worst work I’ve ever seen. They incorrectly measured the risers on my side porch. The rise and tread were different for the four steps. After I asked them to redo them, they left four exposed holes in my new concrete. They never even took the time to patch up the holes. The railings on both porches weren’t even close to being level (as you can see in the pictures). Bzak Builders lacks experienced, knowledgeable workers and have an owner who is afraid to call and speak with unhappy customers who are dissatisfied with the work being done. Tony…you should not be running a business if you are scared to talk to your customers!

I Had to have my roof and siding replaced after incurring major hail damage. Tony and Bill were prompt in coming out to assess the damage and kept in constant contact with me throughout the process. The BZAK crew were fantastic. They were very courteous, respectful and professional. They were here every day, putting in long hours, until it was completed. They cleaned up at the end of each day, taking extra care in picking up all the nails as I have a small child and a dog here. I highly recommend this company as I am super pleased with their work and how beautiful my home looks!!

My roof looks fantastic! The girls in the office were wonderful and always sounded cheerful when we spoke. Very warm and easy to talk to! Bill from Bzak Builders was wonderful to work with. He was very responsive to my inquiry for an estimate, when choosing a date, and for any questions I had during and even following the project. He took into account that I had a specific window of time I wanted my roof completed, and he made it happen! The guys who came and physically did the job were respectful, efficient, and extremely hardworking. They took extra care to ensure my yard was picked up. They were respectful about the fact that I have dogs and went the extra mile to use their rolling magnet tool each day to ensure any nails were picked up. I’m very happy with my choice of using this company for my roof. It was a project I was not looking forward to, but, they all made it as seamless, quick, and pleasant as possible. They were over paid to do work on my daughter’s home. Then didn’t finish the job. She had to complain multiple times and I’m not sure they ever made things right. The price was outrageous.

Did good work quickly (had roof redone), minor cleanup issues but after mentioning it to the salesmen they offered to do what they could to prevent issues in the future and do another pass to cleanup nails. Would definitely recommend, very attentive throughout the whole process.

Had a roof installed in the spring of 2021. Basement had always been dry but after a year I had water issues. After closer inspection by a local contractor was determined my gutters were installed completely wrong. They basically weren’t working. Nothing but a headache with this company! do yourself a favor and call someone else! Make sure your contractor is licnensed and insured! In response the Bzak’s reply. After complete disappointment in my service with your company. I no longer trust or trusted you to fix your mistakes! Lesson learned, sadly. Everything is great now! Thanks anyway!

The BZAK crew was on time every day, kept the worksite clean at the end of the day. They were always willing to answer my questions about the job and how things were going, when the job was finished everything was cleaned up as if they had never been there . Roof looks amazing, I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs..
