On Friday July 29th 2022 I witnessed an aggressive driver in a company truck barrel down and rear end a gray Grand Am on Meachem. He had to be exceeding the speed limit by at least 15 mph. He Never even hit his brakes, not one skid mark on the pavement. The really Grimey thing was, he didn’t see if she was okay, he didn’t try to help her out of her car as gas was leaking onto the road and her doors were jammed from impact, never even apologized. Such disrespect and lack of empathy. Johnathan Hall wrote a similar review 3 years ago and it seems nothing has changed. If you don’t have basic driving skills or a conscious mind when it comes to others safety I definitely wouldn’t want you on my roof nor would I pay you a dime for any services you offer. You should be ashamed of the shabby employees you have representing your company.

I want to say thank you, personally to both Jason and Dave, for accepting me to be a part of the team for X-TREAM Roofing. Between the two of them, I learned a few new things about roofing, as far as safety and the purpose of company procedure. I would still be on the crew working and helping Jason advance, if it weren’t for me taking the offer of opportunity to relocate to Florida. One of the best things I’ve learned and enjoyed the most, is the organized professional operation in which Jason maintains for not only his company, but for his fellow employees, along with the homeowners as well. I would recommend anyone to become a member of the crew any time, simply because it reflects on reputation, and also leaves behind a positive impact on the homeowners as well as the team once you look back at a complete Job well done. As I moved to Florida, I joined a small company called Walker Roofing in Clearwater FL, and we do roofing the same exact way as XTream roofing company requirements. However, some of the things that I disagreed with and disliked about working with X-TREAM Roofing, is the newest members who joined the crew, tried to take control and act as if others had to bow down to them and do as they say, within the first week of their start date. To my opinion, I began to feel as if there were too many chiefs and not enough Indians to complete a task, without hostility taking place. I know of a few occasions where I had to pick up the slack of others, plus maintain my duty per performance of each project. On a positive note, for those who consider employment opportunity, or those who have questions about whether or not they should call X-TREAM Roofing for repairs, etc… I will have to say that I recommend it. Jason is not only honest with his work performance, but also loyal to those in need of a safe living structure. With that being said, those who are willing to learn and those who have the capability to push forward towards success, I think they will make a tremendous important impact on not only themselves, but for the company and fellow team members involved. If I were to come back to Michigan, I would reconsider my placement with X-TREAM Roofing any day over any other crews and I wouldn’t have any regrets about my decision of choice.

I worked with them for a few weeks,I quit a month ago. But i have not been paid for my last days with them. Emails have been ignored and any attempt to call is just sent to voicemail. I’m assuming they are trying not to pay me. Very unprofessional way of dealing with former employees.
