We needed new gutters, soffits and facia. Rick did a full inspection of our whole roof as part of his estimate and found some additional work that should be done to avoid problems further down the road. His bid for everything including the additional work was lower then any of the other bids we received. He and his crew came out when they said they would and completed all the work including clean up in a very timely and professional manner. We are very happy with the work and the way it looks. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family. Thanks Rick

Rick met with me and was the most honest of all my bids. I ended up needing several boards replaced and Rick worked with me to ensure I had a fair price for the additional work that he felt was required to ensure a quality job as that was very important to my family. Rick is very pleasant to work with and sent me photos of my choices for shingles to make sure my selection looked great when the product was installed.

After looking around for a roofing company who was able to do a new flat flat roof on a 70 year old house, we settled on Rick’s Company, Certified Quality Construction. Rick and his crew used a machine the we called high lift dumpster (I don’t know the name of the lift) but the machine collected all the scraps and old roofing that was being torn off. Saved the yard from getting lots of scraps and nails on the ground. RIck and his crew had to lay all new plywood on the roof and had to work around a lot of damaged from the weather on this roof. They put a new rubber roof that was heated on. Rick was burned on his hands, while doing this heating process . Rick continue to work thru it all. They completed the job, were friendly and courteous and kept their work area at all times clean. Rick and his team fixed a lot of things that the builder had messed up on years ago. We highly recommend Rick and his team at Certified Quality Construction.

For ESOW ROOFING. I was directed here trying to leave ESOW (RICHARD BROWN) a review. DO NOT USE. Despicable. Awful service, awful work. Did not do as contracted and will not come fix mistakes. Promised 3 times to come replace a pipe covering that had no reason to be moved. 3 no shows and 3 no calls. He capitalized on my vulnerability and ripped me off. DO NOT USE.

Highly recommend Rick and his team at Certified Quality Construction. I needed a new roof last summer due to the hail storm. I am very pleased with the quality of work that was done. He and his team take pride in their work and it definitely showed. Rick puts his customers first. However, this is a small business so don’t expect to be dazzled by a sales person who will schmooze you. This is ran by a person who actually does the work as well so you will get an honest bid and be updated if there will be extra costs, etc. He has a legit work ethic and will stand by his work.

My husband and I have a flat roof. We have searched around for a few years trying to find someone to replace it. It has been very difficult to find anyone that knows anything about flat roofing let alone certified to do the job for it. My neighbor a few houses down used Rick so I figured I would give him a call. He gave me a very fair estimate and let us know everything he planned on doing. Unfortunately we ran into some problems once the roof was tore off but instead of trying to hide the problems he came to me and told me everything that was wrong and there would be additional costs upfront. His staff was very friendly, and pleasant and they did an exceptional job cleaning up each night before they left. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work that Rick and his team did to our house. I highly recommend his business. -Bekah R. 8-9-18

Rick and his crew demonstrated a commitment to doing quality work, and honesty while completing the job. Instead of finding something unexpected and covering it up, they brought it to my attention along with the additional cost. The roof looks great! I would recommend them to anyone needing a roof.

We have a small home, but the roof was failing. Rick came out, did an estimate, and told us exactly what we needed and why. He has all of the certifications and licenses you could ask for. He provided us with shingle samples so we could choose the perfect color for our house and took pictures of our home so we could see our top 2-3 shingle choices on our house digitally before we made the final decision. Being able to see our roof in the different shingles before we made a final decision was extremely helpful! After seeing the pictures we made a different choice for the shingle color than what we thought we wanted when just looking at the shingle samples. Rick was very responsive and explained everything thoroughly. For the two days they worked on our roof, Rick was there on the job-site–which was a very important to us. Knowing that he was there giving direction and supervising the work directly was fantastic! His workers were pleasant and they left our yard and surrounding areas very clean and free of debris. Our roof is beautiful and has renewed the look of our house. We highly recommend Certified Quality Construction!
