I had a shingled roof that was 36 yrs old it had 4 canister vents and a powered attic fan the attic stayed relatively cool on the hottest days but I called Mr. Roof in 2015 to write a contract for new asphalt shingles, the rep guided me to adding 4 additional can vents, and removing the powered attic fan which was told to me that I no longer needed, fast forward to 2024 I was up on the roof cleaning tree debris off the roof when I realized the wood under the shingles was very soft, long story short I paid an independent inspector to evaluate the condition of the roof, he advised me that removing the attic fan in 2015 to present didn’t allow the attic to stay cool therefore hot & cold over the past 9 yrs allowed the wood to become weakend, Mr. Roof is a great company however I felt I was misinformed on making certain changes in 2015, and since my warranty was up I was out of pocket to re-shingle and install all new wood, a bit of strong advice have your roof professionally inspected a month prior to the expiration of the warranty or risk having a situation like mine.

Had a Great experience with Mr Roof. They showed up on time ,got right to work. They were very friendly and cleaned up everything when they finished. I would recommend them for any of your roofing needs. The salesman Ray was super friendly. No high pressure salesman.

They arrived at 745am had the roof ( 2 layers ) stripped off finished and cleaned up by noon, Excellent job

Mr. Roof is not a reliable company to trust for your family safety. I dont know what happened, but Mr. Roof compay use be to be a reliable company. Mr. Roof do not stand by their word or work. I have been asking Mr. Roof to fix these issues for over a year only to be lied to with no attempts to correct issues. Mr. Roof don’t clean chimney as part of their service. I hired another company to clean the chimney during their inspection it was noted that the work was not performed . Mr. Roof hasn’t made any attempts to correct this problem only with lies to correct work that was supposely perform. I paid Mr. Roof for chimney service. The company who cleaned my chimney advised me not to use my chimney until work is corrected. I would like these issues corrected before winter of this year 2024??

I had a great experience with Mr. Roof. It started off with a lot of detailed and informative information about the roofing materials and installation process. George H. was great 👍🏽 When the installation crew arrived everyone that I interacted with was very friendly during the process. When the job was finished, I was given a tour around my house letting me know what they did (a few vents were moved from the front on the house to the back). Great job!
