They have too many people involved in a project, so they lack serious communication. They have a sales person, project manager, the head of the project for the day, owners, plus workers… And none of them seem to communicate well within their territory. I do not recommend for a small job.

Second time working with Vaz and a very happy repeat customer. These guys are great. Hardworking, accurate timeline and costs. Very easy to work with and do an amazing job

I’ve had the pleasure of having vaz construction replace the roof on 2 of my homes. Both times were extremely fair with pricing and got the job done professionally ; they also have great turnaround time. Would highly recommend to anyone getting some work done to give them a call!

A simple 6′ x 10′ kitchen remodel. What a nightmare. Took 3 weeks no sink , no stove, cabinets are awesome, but once they were put in…. we were no longer a priority. Salesman Shawn took advantage of my elderly mother, never following up with colors or fixtures. Did what made most profit for them. She has two sinks that can’t even fit a small frying pan in them. They are deep barely wide enough for a dinner plate. Basically they are bar sinks to rinse glasses. Charged her 2k for a light switch and 4 outlets in the kitchen. They also Charged her 2k for plumbing. He was here 45 minutes. My mom being the good person she has paid them. I would have taken them to court. They gave her no options on sink, faucet flooring,nothing! Then didn’t have the common courtesy to come by and ask if she was happy with the job. Just ttried to get her to accept terms through a shady email that said “accept terms to continue” once u accept your on the hook for payment. The salesman Shawn is a liar and the receptionist will tell u one thing while Shawn says another. My mom is old pays her bills and doesn’t deserve to be treated differently because she’s elderly. Elderly people watch out for Vaz Construction. They Charged her 20k for a 6′ × 10″ kitchen that has all second hand granite countertops and bar room sinks with a soap dispenser that doesn’t put soap in the sink. Push it, it ends up on th granite. Use anybody else.

I had a major fire in Oct of 2022 with almost 200K damage. Dave Abreu the estimator came right out and got me an accurate quote. I was able to meet with Dave and Ryan Smith, the sales manager, to get a plan in place. They handled everything, sub contracting carpenters, electricians, HVAC and plumbers. They took care of the city inspections. They even went a step further and helped me get insurance quotes from their network of professionals since Lloyds of London decided to drop me for making a claim. I highly recommend this company. This was huge job. Working full time I did not have a lot of time to spend on the rehab and they made it a lot less painful than it could have been!
