Excellent work, we had a tree branch go through our roof and Jay called me right back after the initial call. He went above and beyond, came out for initial inspection, broke down the nature of the repair for me and helped me with my insurance agent. The repair done right away! Very happy with results.

The roof in my Ellicott City home started leaking and a co-worker recommended The Home Wise Pros. I called Jay and he was very accommodating to my work schedule. After getting 3 additional quotes, I decided to go with The Home Wise Pros because I felt very comfortable speaking to Jay. He is a great listener and is really knowledgeable about the entire roofing process. I was confident that Jay and his crew would do a great job and he did not disappoint. Jay was always on the jobsite and he sent me updates and pictures throughout the entire process. The attention to detail with Jay and his crew is very impressive. Contact Jay for a quote. Spoke with Home Wise Pros on the phone just now. Seems very knowledgeable and helpful! I began asking questions and he spent over 20 minutes on the phone helping me out even though what I was asking was not leading to a job. Only wanted to help and share knowledge. When i need my roof done I will make sure Home Wise Pros is the first place I call!

Jay was extremely responsive and professional. We were experiencing a leak and needed help. Jay did not pressure me into buying new, and asked that I get other opinions. In the end we decided to replace and felt most comfortable with Jay and his pricing. Installation was on time and completed in one day. Jay sent update photos throughout the day. Absolutely would recommend Home Wise to others looking for a new roof.

Without hesitation, i fully recommend The Home Wise Pros! Jay and his team are highly recommended. Out of four estimates to repair my wind-damaged roof, Jay was the only one that took time to detail what he planned on doing to replace my roof and followed up with an estimate. Exceptional communication throughout the process and i was always informed. In addition, Jay was on site on the day of the roof installation to ensure the job got done to standard. A true professional!
