I did three estimates to replace my roof and when prime roofing showed up (Mr. Sisco) & Prime roofing hit the ground running and he on time, & expertly negotiated two other prior contractors out of the project by being prepared, efficient and was ready to offer several options to meet my budget. He did in one hour and had an electronic estimate in my email. It took the other two contractors a week. When the roofing crew arrived and I like the way they made adjustments for their equipment weight to accommodate my property lay out and took extra precautions and the least for risk potential damage to the street asphalt or driveway cement.

Absolute professional roofing company. Materials delivery on time, cleanup immaculate, moved lawn/deck furniture and put it back when complete, covered shrubbery around the house to protect it, finished nearly 5000 sq ft roof in one day and reinstalled landscape lighting on the eves upon completion. Would absolutely recommend this company for roofing repairs.

Spoke with Eric over the phone about a siding issue I had. After sending photos he was able to help me resolve the issue without coming out. I offered to pay him but he refused. It’s refreshing to know that there are companies like Prime that are honest and trustworthy! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!

I needed the exterior trim around my patio door redone. Granted, this is not a huge job, but the guy from Prime was willing to do it. He did a great job and I am no longer worried about exposed wood out there. Thank you James for the great job. James was very professional and was intent on making it look good. He caulked and cleaned up the area before he left. I am very happy to have that job taken care of.

Roof project started promptly at 7am day of installation and although noisy, job was completed in a professional manner to my satisfaction! All workers were professional and did not waste a minute!
